Premium cut pile carpet tiles are highly engineered to ensure superior aesthetics and maximum performance.

Engineered to Perform

• Utilise advanced Antron® nylon yarn for improved wear performance and stain resistance.
• Yarn includes up to 30% recycled content.
• Yarn is heat-set for superior pin-point pattern definition and is fused into the carpet backing to create one solid construction with each tuft individually locked into the backing.
• Modules are dimensionally stable and guaranteed to maintain their original size.

Aesthetically Superior

• Milliken’s Millitron® Imaging technology allows for digital placement of colour which offers supreme design flexibility and incredible pattern accuracy and consistency.
• Patterning carpet offers a number of important benefits including:

• The final product is brushed and sheared for a clearer defined, cleaner finish.
• A "Monolithic" manufacturing process slightly off-sets the pile direction to give a more consistent finished look.

Product Enhancements

• Teflon® Soil Guard. Prevents soil from sticking to the surface of the carpet making it much easier to vacuum out. Liquid spills are also held on the surface of the carpet to aid cleaning.
• D-Stain® Stain Protection. Prevents liquid spills such as tea, coffee and cola from leaving permanent stains on the carpet and allowing them to be easily removed with cold water. D-Stain® locks into any free dye sites, preventing a spill from becoming a stain.
• Teflon® and D-Stain® are available as standard on all Premium Fusion Bonded Cut Pile and Performance Loop Pile designs. It is available on request for plain coloured Cut Pile products.

Delivery

For Colour Express colours: despatched within 10 working days from order placement (up to 1000m²), minimum 4.18m². (Extended lead time and min. 250m² for non-express Milliken Colours).
