Footfall's Milliken Obex Forma is a hard wearing PVC modular matting tile with a textile insert, which can be surface mounted or fitted into a matwell.
Forma is available in eight colourways and in 11mm and 16mm depths. An open construction tile is available in the 16mm to allow for drainage, see technical information below.
