Footfall completed the flooring package for CRM Fit-outs of a new eye clinic in Sandyford's Beacon Court. The project involved the complete floor preparation with Ardex screeds, DPM's and floor sanding machines throughout to bring the unused retail space to a workable level over a ten-week schedule. The project consisted of eleven Hygienic level consulting rooms, waiting areas, staff canteen, corridors and toilets throughout the ground floor space. This was a turnkey handover from CRM, design by their inhouse interior designer Anna Petukhova to create a modern functional clinic.
